Hantek DSO5072P glitching and freezing

Yesterday I turned on my 4 month old scope and after 20 seconds of it on it starts poping up menus and turning on and off the waveform capture. Then it just freezes up. And if i reboot it keeps on doing the same thing.

I found out if I unplugged the scope for a while and plug it in it would take about 30 seconds before it froze up, so I did a firmware update really fast and it stopped freezing up.
