I bought the DSO2D10 and I want to register the product to validate warranty.

This is not possible, because after enter my e mail (m_nesta@alice.it) and after enter the Verification Code

the message I receive ,aftre submit, is always "Failed to send, please try again."

If your email registration shows that it is not activated, you will receive an email in your email. You only need to click activate in this email.
