Dear Qingdao Hantek Electronic! I bought a hantek dso2d15 oscilloscope through Aliexpress, which turned out to be faulty.  I am sending a video of the device being turned on,      and please tell me where in Israel they carry out maintenance and warranty repairs for hantek devices.
The machine startup screen is blank.

Please re-connect the wiring of the machine according to the figure below. The white screen may be caused by loose wiring.

I checked the connections of all cables inside the device, nothing has changed.
